I have been in practice for over 30 years and pride myself in providing an excellent personal service to my clients, going the extra mile to ensure that their transactions dealt with swiftly and with minimal stress or issues. I joined Vyman Solicitors in October 2018 in the role of Head of Residential Conveyancing. I have substantial experience in all aspects of conveyancing, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, leasehold properties and lease extensions. In addition, I deal with the more complex refinances of portfolios and bridging loans which require me to work with lender’s requirements within tight deadlines. I also undertake development work, preparing site packs, contracts and leases and related documents which involve communicating with the developer, their architect, bankers and management companies.
