Xena Semikina

Xena Semikina is a solicitor–advocate (regulated by the SRA) with 10 years PQE.

She holds Higher Rights of Audience. She is experienced in both legal drafting and advocacy. Her main areas of practice are commercial and business law, company, M&A, property, including Landlord and Tenant, and family law. She works with high net worth individuals and companies. She is fluent in Russian and experienced in dealing with Russian-speaking clients. A significant part of her practice involves drafting, including commercial contracts, licences, leases, tenancy agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, as well as pleadings. She currently advises internet businesses on compliance with the new EU data protection regulations (GDPR). She has a comprehensive knowledge of criminal law, having worked on high profile criminal cases, including complex fraud and money laundering cases, both as counsel and as a solicitor.
