I am an experienced commercial litigation Solicitor, providing legal advice and representing businesses of all sizes in dealing with all aspects of residential building disputes including contract, property, landlord and tenant, debt recovery, insolvency, enforcement, professional negligence, employment and consumer credit claims. I also specialise in managing insurance claims in banking & financial services which are of a high value and complexed nature, from inception to trial or conclusion. I encourage ADR throughout all proceedings and regularly settle claims through extensive negotiations and mediation.
I have experience of working in-house legal roles for listed companies, which included engaging with stakeholders’ management and providing pragmatic commercial and workable solutions on financial services, compliance & regulatory investigation matters as well as managing asset recovery on banking products and improving processes and systems so that they are cost efficient and effective to clients.
