“ The law concerns every one of us. Making it genuinely understandable to the people who need it most is what I am proudest of. “

With more than 25 years of professional experience, Pauline plays a key role in the editorial line of the Qredible blog, with one remit: to guarantee content that is reliable and easy to understand.

She began her career in international television (BBC, ITV), working alongside researchers on high-value informative content. She then joined Veepee, where her expertise allowed her to help brands build original digital content.

She joined the group in 2019 as Chief Executive, driven by a strong conviction: the law should be understandable to everyone. Under her direction, Qredible produces articles and videos that turn complex legal questions into answers people can actually use.

“ I believe every journey starts with curiosity — business ventures included. It is curiosity that pushes me to turn ideas into something real. “

A law graduate with a particular interest in employment and public law, Charlotte oversees the legal editorial standards applied to every Qredible guide.

A specialist in business development and digital strategy for more than 15 years, Charlotte Guillaume has helped a great many partners become visible online. At Veepee and at Smartbox alike, she made them stand out by building innovative editorial content.

She has been with the group since 2021. At Qredible she sets and enforces the editorial standards our guides are held to: that an article answers the question a reader actually asked, that it is based on verified facts and current law, and that it is written in language a non-lawyer can act on.
