Simon Terry

Having started my career in the Commercial Litigation department of one of the larger firms in the City of London I have spent the last 20+ years working both in private practice and in-house, gaining valuable experience of how to best meet the needs of my clients – whether they are multi-national FTSE 250 corporations, entrepreneurs or private individuals. I am as passionate about Dispute Resolution as I was at the start of my career and manage a wide-ranging caseload covering defamation, intellectual property, professional negligence, employment, Shareholder disputes and breach of contract cases.

Whilst always seeking a swift and amicable solution, I am equally at home obtaining/defending emergency injunctions where necessary in order to protect my clients’ interests in matters such as civil fraud proceedings.

The most rewarding thing for me is concluding a case, in the knowledge that I have obtained the best possible outcome for my client. I never lose sight of the fact that when a you instruct me, you are putting you trust in me to help you through what is often a stressful situation. My aim is to remove as much of that stress as possible so you can get on with your day to day life or business.

As well as dispute resolution, I also undertake commercial and corporate work for some of my clients and advise on commercial contracts and brand/reputation management issues.

The majority of my clients are in Central London, Maidenhead and Amersham although my practice is international, with clients as far away as New York and Philadelphia.
