I set up McConnell Law in 2007. I carry out contract and commercial work for a wide variety of clients from small start-ups to PLCs in a wide variety of industries including IT, online platform services, education, fashion, music, food and drink, computer games, advertising, business consultancy, event management and health.

Contract work includes online terms and conditions (subscriptions, sales, terms of use) privacy policies & cookie policies to comply with GDPR, client/agency agreements, sponsorship agreements, franchise agreements, publishing licences, venue hire agreements, standard terms of business of purchase/supply, distribution and agency agreements, consultancy agreements, NDA software development, licensing, hosting and maintenance agreements. Advice also provided in relation to IP rights protection, IP licensing, data protection and compliance, advertising and marketing clearance.
