Del Bailey

My name is Del Bailey and I am the Principal Consultant and Founder of Baileys Solicitors and Legal Consultants.

After a long and successful career dating back to 1969 I founded my own practice in 2003 which specialises in property transactions and employment matters. In 2014 I added value to the Baileys Practice by offering our consultancy advice service to other law firms with particular reference to the end-to-end residential and conveyancing process.

Baileys Legal Consultants Limited is a specialist consultancy providing advice and assistance to law firms with particular reference to the end-to-end residential conveyancing process; including systems advice and implementation, obtaining and maintaining CQS accreditation, acquisition of mortgage lender panel status, SRA compliance and AML procedures, liasing with officials and members of staff at the SRA The Law Society (CQS) and with Mortgage Lenders as well as internal Accounts, Compliance, Facilities, IT and Marketing departments, checking/writing sales scripts, advertising and related materials, overseeing recruitment procedures, checking transactional files and implementation of monitoring procedures.
