Recommended in the Legal 500 2020, I am a partner, team leader, solicitor and legal executive in the personal injury department at Graysons.

Having specialised in personal injury work since 2001, I have dealt with a varied caseload including accidents at work, public liability claims and road traffic accident claims which have included fast-track and multi-track cases.

Some of my cases have been heavily reported in the press, including a case where, in 2011, I acted for a boy who was attacked by another pupil at Maltby Academy and was successful in securing compensation from Rotherham Borough Council for breach of statutory duty and negligence.

I have also successfully secured £420,000.00 compensation for a claimant who sustained severe injuries to his ankle as a result of an accident at work.

I am a practitioner member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
