Robert Hammond

I am a partner at Murray Hay and specialise in family law, with particular emphasis on divorce and its financial consequences and disputes between unmarried couples. I have practised family law since 1994 and have been accredited as a specialist by Resolution, an organisation of family lawyers committed to a constructive resolution of family disputes.

I am trained as a mediator and am focused on providing cost effective advice to bring about a settlement reached in a civilised manner without losing sight of my clients’ interests.

I can assist with advising on pre-nuptial agreements and specialises in separation, divorce and related financial issues. I can also advise on children and parenting issues and generally on cohabitation and couples already living together or planning to live together.
