I completed my training contract with Paul Crowley & Co Solicitors and qualified in 2016 as a Solicitor. I have been head of the Residential Property Department since August 2017 and thoroughly enjoy my role working with such a hard working and professional team. My aim is to ensure that we provide our clients with the best possible service, when buying or selling a property. I know how stressful a property transaction can be when clients are having to uproot from their family home, so I aim to make sure that it goes through as smoothly as possible. I achieve this by communicating and updating my client throughout the conveyancing process and ensure that third parties such as solicitors, lenders or managing agents etc, are contacted on a regular basis so that completion can be made as soon as possible. I specialise primarily with residential conveyancing including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold, new build, remortgage, transfer of equity and auction properties. My promise to clients is that we are transparent with our fees and discuss timescales which are realistic to their expectations. In order to manage this I listen to clients concerns and provide clear and straightforward advice to allow clients to proceed with certainty and peace of mind.
